El d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n y la hiperactividad son los principales <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adhd-chess.com\/es\/sintomas-tdah\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s\u00edntomas de este trastorno<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y encontrar actividades que ayuden a mejorar esos s\u00edntomas y que adem\u00e1s entretengan al peque de la casa puede llegar a ser una tarea complicada, pero hoy os daremos algunas soluciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La falta de motivaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os con TDAH es uno de los factores que m\u00e1s observan las familias. Es complicado que un ni\u00f1o con esta afecci\u00f3n sienta inter\u00e9s por algunas tareas, en general, creen que no pueden llevarla a cabo por muy importante que sea. Esta falta de inter\u00e9s est\u00e1 muy ligada a la <\/span><b>autoestima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, y es que, cuando cualquier persona empieza una tarea y la acaba con \u00e9xito su autoestima aumenta porque te sientes capaz. Estimular\u00e1n su pensamiento y la creaci\u00f3n de esquemas mentales, porque tendr\u00e1n que visualizar los pasos de baile en su cabeza y luego recrearlos. Adem\u00e1s aprender\u00e1n a coordinar y a expresar emociones de otra forma nueva.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>El deporte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Es la mejor herramienta para canalizar la hiperactividad. Adem\u00e1s, si es un deporte en equipo pasar\u00e1s tiempo con tu hijo a la vez que consigues que gasten algo de esa energ\u00eda que tanto les representa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Juegos de concentraci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Por supuesto, recomendamos el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adhd-chess.com\/es\/por-que-ajedrez\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ajedrez<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que es el juego de mesa m\u00e1s completo para desarrollar capacidades cognitivas como la memoria y la concentraci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n son una excelente opci\u00f3n los puzles o las sopas de letras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Manualidades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Desarrollar m\u00e1s a\u00fan si cabe la creatividad es muy importante, adem\u00e1s es algo que caracteriza a muchos ni\u00f1os con TDAH, aunque las manualidades se les puedan dar mejor o peor, los ni\u00f1os con TDAH son muy ocurrentes e imaginativos. \u00a1Pot\u00e9ncialo!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Jugar con animales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Si tienes perros, h\u00e1mster, gatito u otra mascota, que pase tiempo con ellos es maravilloso. Mejorar con ellos sus habilidades sociales, algunos estudios como el de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.human-animal-interaction.org\/haib\/download-info\/a-randomized-controlled-trial-of-traditional-psychosocial-and-canine-assisted-interventions-for-children-with-adhd\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Universidad de California de Irvine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> lo refuta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aunque os hayamos recomendado estas 5 actividades puedes implementarlas en el resto del a\u00f1o, haya o no vacaciones. Son muy buenas para ellos y adem\u00e1s pueden afianzar vuestra relaci\u00f3n como padre\/madre e hijo\/a.
